FAN LEI FA is practicing her martial arts when she spots the shadow of an armed intruder. YEUNG FAN, a valiant fighter esteemed by the FANs, falls in love with FA at first sight. He asks FA’s father FAN HUNG for the hand of his daughter, only to be turned down by FA. FA is displeased that her elder brother FAN MO has accepted YEUNG’s betrothal gifts without her knowledge.
